The Head of Community and Culture is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic initiatives for Camborne Town Council’s Community and Culture Service. Rose is accountable for the leadership, delivery, and impact of Community & Culture teams, including communications and public relations, public consultations, library service delivery, widening participation, events, place shaping, youth initiatives, community safety and community partnerships.
Rose works to support the delivery of organisational strategic goals and initiatives, helping to drive a positive culture of continuous improvement and success, putting ‘Community First’ in all we do.
