As part of the 16 days of activism to end violence against women and girls, Camborne Town Council & Cornwall Council staff, Cllr Zoe Fox, a representative from West Cornwall Women’s Aid & Camborne Anti-Social Behaviour Officer met with the leader of 16 Days of Activism Penzance, Cllr Marrington of Penzance Council for a round table discussion of plans to enhance the campaign in the Camborne area.

Join us in the Passmore Edwards Building on 1st December

On Monday 1st December, join Camborne Town Council for an afternoon brew and hear all about Cornwall Councillor Thalia Marrington’s work on the issue of Violence Against Women & Girls and her 16 Days Penzance campaign, plus you’ll be able to speak to stakeholders and support groups.

The afternoon brew will take place in the Library in the Passmore Edwards Building on Cross Street from 3-4.30pm and all are welcome.
