Park Yoga is about getting people outdoors to exercise and getting new people interested in yoga.
It is not about the perfect body, or the perfect pose. It is connection… With ourselves… With each other… And with our environment. Just come along and try it. It is a welcoming, friendly session where all people are encouraged to have a go.
