Councillor Vacancy

There are two Councillor vacancies. These vacancies are to be filled by Co-option as determined by October 1st 2026.

The Co-option process

Camborne Town Council has opened the Co-option application process for the following Councillor vacancies:

Councillor Vacancies: Notice of Vacancy Roskear Ward and Treswithian Ward – Camborne Town Council

To apply, candidates must complete the application form (below) and return it to townclerk@camborne-tc.gov.uk before 12 noon on Friday 30th October 2026. 

Candidates are advised to read the Council’s Co-option Policy in advance of applying (below). Candidates will be invited to attend the Meeting of Full Council on Thursday 12th November, 6.30pm, The Council Chamber, The Passmore Edwards Building, where presentations will be heard, and the co-option for both vacancies may be determined.
