We wanted to share an update on the Holman Gardens project with our community following the recent questions and concerns raised.
Unfortunately, the work is currently on hold following the recent bereavement of the director of the contractor team. This has understandably caused delays, and our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to everyone affected during this very difficult time.
We know how much people have been looking forward to seeing Holman Gardens transformed, and we want to reassure you that the project has not been forgotten. Behind the scenes, we are reviewing the next steps and exploring options to move forward legally and appropriately at this stage.
There are contracts in place which mean we are unable to enter or carry out work on the site ourselves, and understandably, these processes take time to resolve.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we allow those directly involved the space they need. We will continue to keep you informed and will share further updates as soon as we have them.
